While living in Buenos Aires, Garrigues wrote in Spanish to keep up with her Argentine neighbors, publishing in El Atico, Campo Grupal, Pimienta Negra and other venues.  Here's something she wrote after a young man was killed by police there.

She also was  co-translator of the first  Spanish translation of Woody Guthrie's autobiography,  published in Barcelona by Producciones Editoriales and available here.
